MATERIALS
STAINLESS STEEL
Stainless steel is our most durable metal used to make our jewellery. It is tarnish free, waterproof and won't rust.
STERLING SILVER 925
Sterling silver is our best selling metal. It is made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. It is a precious metal and creates the most beautiful designs. Sterling silver pieces can last a very long time however they need more care than stainless steel as they are more delicate.
COPPER/BRASS
Copper is often used for fast fashion purposes. Its great for when you need jewellery at a lower price point and it creates some beautiful designs. However it won't last as long as stainless steel or sterling silver.
TURNING GREEN/RUSTING
We recommend using stainless steel or sterling silver jewellery to prevent any changes in colour.
ALLERGIES
Our Sterling Silver jewellery is hypoallergenic & nickel free
Sterling silver is generally known as being the best metal for jewellery allergies and reactions. This is because it is the most pure metal being 92.5% silver.
We do not take any responsibility for any allergic reactions to our jewellery. It is up to the customer to take precautions as we are unable to know each customers allergies or sensitivities.
AFTERCARE
COPPER
Do not get wet
Put on after getting ready and take off when home
Don't get any chemicals (perfumes, creams etc) on your jewellery
STERLING SILVER
Although our sterling silver jewellery is waterproof & tarnish free we still recommend to not wear it in water such as showers & baths as much as possible. This is to make sure your jewellery stays in the best condition!
Clean with dry cloth regularly
Store in dry clean place
Take off when sleeping
Do not bring in contact with any chemicals (perfume, hairspray etc)
GOLD PLATED & STAINLESS STEEL
Wipe down with dry cloth often to polish
Although waterproof we would still recommend keeping dry as much as possible. This is to help your jewellery last as long as possible and stop it getting damaged. Although Stainless Steel is tarnish free prolonged exposure to harsh environments will cause tarnish - therefore it is important to make sure you look after your pieces properly
Wear and store your pieces in a way that minimises any contact with other items that can damage your stainless steel jewellery
Please note: overtime your jewellery can naturally change colour no matter what material you buy. This is due to many different factors that can vary from person to person. To make your jewellery last longer make sure to follow our aftercare instructions. We don't replace any items that may change in colour.
